DhenuSamvardhan Gaushala
Dhenusamvardhan is one of the largest Gaurakshashala of Desi Geer cows in Indore. We protect, feed & shelter ailing, starving, destitute and stray Desi Cows, the majority of which are abandoned by their owners or saved from butchers. Most of these Gauvansh are milk barren.
In the year 2021, Shri Deepak Upadhyay, with blessings of Sri Sri Ravishankar, Shri Gopal Mani Maharaj and Sri Gurudev, started Dhenu Samvardhan Foundation, with the main objective of gau seva and gau raksha at Indore (M.P). Every teammember of Dhenu Damvardhan Foundation realising their importance and their roles in the welfare of dhenu cow.
DhenuSamvardhan is spread over twenty acres’ land, rented on annual lease, in year 2021. It lies atop a hillock, approximately 11 kilometres from Indore City on dhar road. It is managed by the registered charitable institution, Shri Khatushyam Sevashram, created exclusively for preserving the pure native Indian gir breeds of Cattle. Its upkeep and day-to-day functioning is solely dependent upon donations from patrons and well-wishers.
